I personally interview and screen every nanny to ensure a trusted, long-term fit for your family. My focus is on reliability, warmth, discretion, and bilingual childcare for international households in Zurich and in the whole of Switzerland.
I created Maison Nanny to offer a more modern, personal, and trustworthy approach to childcare placement. As parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you truly trust with your children.
With years of experience personally selecting exceptional nannies, I’ve developed a natural eye for the perfect match. I believe the best placements are those where both families and nannies feel genuinely aligned, supported, and valued.
My goal is simple: to make finding exceptional childcare feel calm, transparent, and personal.

How it works
01 - Video Call
We start with a private video consultation designed to fit seamlessly into modern family life, allowing me to understand your needs and begin thoughtfully curating the right match.
The initial consultation call is free. Detailed pricing is shared following your initial consultation. Ideally before but latest after initial consultation I kindly ask you to fill in the application form (follow the link ”Find a Nanny”).
03 - Interviews
Take the time to connect with your preferred nanny candidates through relaxed interviews, ensuring the right fit for both your family and the nanny.
Based on your family’s needs, I personally select and present exceptional nanny candidates thoughtfully matched to your lifestyle, values, and preferences.

Once the perfect match is made, I help you with all the formalities and you can confidently welcome trusted, personalised childcare support into your daily life.
Placement fees are only payable once an initial match has been confirmed. Should your needs change within the first 30 days of the nanny’s employment, I am happy to continue supporting you in finding a more suitable placement.

How are nannies selected for my family?
Every family is unique, which is why I take a personalised approach to every placement. Through an initial consultation, I take the time to understand your family’s lifestyle, values, childcare needs, and preferences. I then thoughtfully curate and present nanny candidates who I believe are genuinely aligned with your family and the type of support you are looking for.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely no. I believe in complete transparency throughout the placement process. All fees and service details are clearly discussed during your personal consultation before any commitment is made. Placement fees are only payable once a successful initial match has been confirmed.
How does payment work?
After placement, you receive an invoice via email outlining agreed-upon rates, and any pre-approved expenses. Payments can be completed through the secure options listed on the invoice within 30 days
