Maison Nanny – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Maison Nanny provides a premium childcare placement and introduction service between families and independent childcare professionals (“Candidates”). We do not employ Candidates but act as an introduction and matching service.
2. Role of the Agency
Maison Nanny:
screens and evaluates Candidates
introduces suitable Candidates to Families
facilitates interviews and placement processes
Maison Nanny does not act as an employer of Candidates.
3. Candidate Screening
All Candidates undergo a selection process which may include:
identity verification
reference checks
interview assessment
review of qualifications and experience
criminal record verification (where applicable)
While we aim to ensure high standards, final responsibility for hiring decisions lies with the Family.
4. Fees
Placement fees and service fees are communicated to Families prior to engagement. Fees may vary depending on:
type of placement (full-time, part-time, temporary)
Candidate experience
scope of responsibilities
urgency
Fees are due according to the agreed invoice terms.
5. No Guarantee Clause
Maison Nanny does not guarantee: duration of employment, performance of Candidates or suitability beyond initial matching process.
Families are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to hiring.
6. Liability
Maison Nanny shall not be held liable for:
actions or behaviour of Candidates
employment disputes between Family and Candidate
damages arising after placement
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared by Families and Candidates is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Data Protection
Maison Nanny complies with applicable Swiss data protection laws. Personal data is stored securely and used solely for placement purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
